today at the National Retail Federations 93rd Annual Convention & EXPO a
partnership that will combine SPSS Inc.s predictive analytic solutions with
MIIXs retail data warehouse expertise. These companies have agreed to work together
to provide retailers with greater insight into customer behavior, including the ability to
predict purchase behavior and product associations.
MIIXs retail data warehouse, supported by the companys Ariadne Business
Intelligence System (BIS), provides retailers with the accurate, updated information
required to make critical business decisions through in-depth data analysis and reporting.
SPSS Inc.s predictive retail solutions, part of the companys suite of
predictive analytics technology, turn this data into insight, enabling companies to more
effectively recognize retail trends and opportunities, and respond rapidly.
The SPSS predictive retail solutions enable retailers to gain insights into customer value
segments and cross-sell modeling by developing comprehensive propensity models based on
data from MIIXs retail data warehouse. The joint solutions are also focused on
increasing the effectiveness of promotions and providing improved customer service.
