1. SALES EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
• Preferably with one (1) year experience in selling
• Experience in entrepreneurship is an advantage
• Have experienced meeting sales quotas
• Can think out-of-the-box to provide solutions that will bring effective results.
• Customer-oriented, and can interact and communicate with decision-makers
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and needs very little supervision
• Graduate of Commerce, Business Administration and other related degrees
•
With good presentation skills • Knowledge in SPSS is a plus
2. RESEARCH EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics or related field
• Preferably with experience in Market or Social Research
• Strong analytical mind
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Computer Literate
• Good knowledge of the characteristics of the relevant markets
• Has the ability to understand client needs
• Knowledge of SPSS a plus
3. STATISTICIAN
Requirements:
•A Bachelor's Degree in statistics
•Preferably with one(1) year experience
in research
•Computer Literate and Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
Applications
•Able to do data analysis and present results to clients
•Good Communications skills: Written/Oral
•Knowledge in SPSS is a plus
4. TELESALES OFFICER/ TELESALES CONSULTANT
Requirements:
Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in or with a strong inclination towards mathematics or statistics
• Proficient with computer applications, Microsoft office, and basic Web browsing.
• Knowledge of SPSS is a plus • Can easily establish rapport and confidence with over-the-telephone conversations.
• Customer-oriented, and can interact and communicate with decision-makers. Can think out-of-the-box to provide solutions that will bring effective results
• Ability to meet sales quotas or tasks at hand
• Preferably with a good track record in sales • Competent and trustworthy
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and needs very little supervision
• Willing to learn and advance with a fast changing environment.
Interesting Package awaits the witty and innovative Tele-Sales Officer to promote Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) and its derivatives. Additional bonus shall be given daily if a TSO conforms to the companies specification of quality service. Added to that, a TSO performing consistently well can be immediately promoted to a Tele-Sales Consultant in a matter of six (6) months or less.

A Tele-Sales officer is in charge of outbound calls to a list of prospecting clients with an aided customer centric methodology that is used by SPSS worldwide. The selected TSO shall also undergo a special training session on the use of and application of PASW as part of their business engagement.

5. Computer Aided Telephone Interviewer
Requirements: • Must be a college graduate or a college undergraduate
• Good in oral English
• Confident in talking to people over the phone
• Willing to work 8 hours (8:30-5:30) during the last 5 working days of the month.
• Experience in telephone interviewing is an advantage
Job Description:
If qualified, one will be tasked to do over-the-telephone interviews with purchasing managers of manufacturing companies located in and outside Metro Manila.
