LONDON, 06/02/04 SPSS Inc. (NASDAQ: SPSSE) has been announced the winner of the
customer relationship management (CRM) category in The Banker Technology Awards 2004, run
by the Financial Times Group. The predictive analytics company has won the high-profile
financial sector award for the results it has delivered at Natexis Assurances, the
insurance division of the French leading bank, Groupe Banque Populaire. Using
