PICC is bounded by Sofitel Hotel in the west, the new office of the Vice-President of the Philippines in the north, Cultural Center of the Philippines in the East, and Senate of the Philippines in the South. It is along the boundary of the historic City of Manila and Pasay City, the emerging entertainment capital. PICC houses many function and meeting rooms including a plenary hall for 5,000 delegates. It is a 10-minute drive to the walled city of Intramuros and the famous Rizal Park. Viewable from this site is the amazing Manila Bay sunset that unfolds as the day ends.
